A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Case Management to join a high-profile programme in a regulated environment. This role blends solution design, prototyping, and delivery oversight with strong technical awareness, ensuring scalable and compliant Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management solutions
• Conduct prototyping and feasibility workshops to validate business requirements and solution approaches
• Design and optimise case management workflows, processes, and service operations
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, data models, and platform configurations follow best practices
• Guide development teams on architecture, compliance, and delivery
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Solution, Technical, or Hybrid)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, solution design, and delivery
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and constraints
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work across both functional and technical dimensions of delivery
